In a pan heat oil. Add finely chopped green chilli, ginger, garlic, carrots, Capsicum, onions. Toss and cook the vegetables on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

Remove the vegetables in a bowl and cool it completely. To this add boiled potatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder, salt to taste, finely chopped coriander leaves, breadcrumbs.

Mix all the ingredients very well and make medium size balls. Press an ice cream stick in the bottom half of mixture. Press and make a lollipop shape

For Coating - Add refined flour, corn flour, salt to taste, pepper powder. Add water and make a semi thick paste.

Dip the lollipop in batter and roll in breadcrumbs. Heat oil in frying pan and deep fry the lollipops till golden brown

Serve hot with chutney / tomato ketchup/ mayonnaise dip
