Finely chop the onion and sauté over medium heat. Add a little salt if you want it to cook faster.

Once the onion is soft, add the ground meat to the pan along with all the spices.

When the meat is browned and cooked through, pour in a splash of wine and add the two tablespoons of tomato sauce. Let it cook for a few minutes until the liquid evaporates.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the tortilla chips in a round base. Add meat in the center and cheese on top. Repeat this process three times, making each layer smaller to form a pyramid shape. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and top with guacamole, or let everyone add their own. Enjoy!
