Ingredients

  • 1 packsnow peas
  • 1 blocktofu,slice it
  • 1yellow bell pepper
  • Halftsp chicken powder
  • 1little ground black pepper
  • 3 piecesgarlic,mincef
  • 3 slicesginger
  • 3 tbspcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat pan then fry the block tofu until golden brown.Then set aside.

  2. 2

    In same pan add oil again.Then stir fry garlic and ginger until fragrant.Then add in peas.

  3. 3

    Pour a little water then.mix.Add chicken powder then simmer.Add bell pepper a minute before it serve.
