Pear Chutney

In a pa add pieces of pear sugar salt cinnamon pieces ginger & star anise

Put the pan over the low flame while stirring continuously till sugar dissolves

Now add raisins & lemon juice and cook on low flame try to mix the pear with chopper if you needed
- 4
When the consistency becomes thick switch off the flame.Transfer to a serving dish garnish with cranberries and serve khatti mithi chutney with lunch or dinner
