In a bes an add all the dry ingredients. Except flowers. Add enough water and mixed it well. There will be no lumps on it. Then add chopped flowers and salt. Mix it well. Once it is done then keep aside. Heat mustard oil in a Kadai. Fry the pakoras till it is light brown in color. Once it is done. Then transfer to a kitchen tissue paper.

Start platting and serve.hot.hot.pakoras with mint chutney.
