Heat oil in a wok and add black mustard seeds curry leaves peanuts and green chillies

Also add moong dal when it gets splutter add salt, turmeric powder & chilli flakes mix well then add semolina

Combine properly and add vermicelli and combine all add red chilli powder cook for two min.off the flame

When it gets cool add curd mix properly and add eno fruit salt with little water combine well

Now grease the heart shaped mould with oil and pour the batter and steam for 10 to15 min.

When it gets steamed de mould the dhokla in a plate. Transfer it to a serving plate & serve with green chutney or sauce and enjoy 😋 garam garam dhokla
