Take all the ingredients for Veg.Moong Dal Waffle.

Take yellow moong dal to mixture grinder, Now add green split moong dal and add lil water to it and grind well,Now transfer the moong dal batter to a bowl,

Now add vegetables like finely chopped carrots, boiled and crushed sweet corn, boiled and crushed green peas, finely chopped green chillies, and finely chopped Coriander to it, Now add asofoetida, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt to taste, Now mix All ingredients together, Now add pinch of baking soda to it and keep aside for 5 mins,

Now grease the waffle maker with oil and spread the batter of moong dal and vegetables and cook till it becomes golden brown in colour,

Veg. Moong Dal waffles is ready to serve, Take it to the serving plate and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
