  • 1leek
  • 1/2shallot
  • 6cherry tomatoes
  • 9 ouncespenne rigate (about 250 grams)
  • 5 1/3 ouncesstracciatella cheese (about 150 grams)
  • Grated Parmesan, basil

    Melt the chopped leek and sliced shallot. Add the tuna and tomatoes. Mix well.

    Cook the pasta. Combine with the tuna-leek mixture. Serve with stracciatella cheese and a few basil leaves.
