  1. 2 cupshung curd or normal
  2. 3kiwis
  3. 2 tspsugar free
  4. 1 tbspgrated pistachios
  5. 4-5dried rose petal
  6. 4-5 dropskiwi essence (optional)
  7. 1 pinchgreen food colour

    Whisk the curd well. Make puree of 2 kiwis and chopped one kiwi finely. Now add kiwi puree sugar free and essence and food color and mix well

    When its creamy, then add chopped kiwi, pistachios and mix. Refrigerate and garnish with dried rose petal.
