200 glarge oyster mushrooms
2or 3 cloves of garlic finely sliced
2 tbspolive oil
salt

Steps

Heat the olive oil on a large griddle pan over a high heat
2

Place the oyster mushrooms in the pan with the sliced garlic and sprinkle a little salt over everything
3

Turn the mushrooms over so that they cook on both sides
4

When the mushrooms have turned brown on both sides remove from the griddle pan and serve immediately
