Soak poha in water for 10 to 15 minutes & drain it.

In a pan take oil and add chopped onion and tomato and saute it for few minutes.

Add all the spices and poha mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.

Now add lemon juice and sugar and mix properly. Take poha in a serving dish garnish it with pomegranate seeds, ratlami sev and coriander leaves and serve immediately.
