An easy and quick dinner for making fish—hardly any mess, and it’s a comfortable meal.

Rinse the anchovies. Coat the anchovies in chickpea flour.

Place them in the air fryer basket on top of aluminum foil and spray with olive oil. Cook at 212°F (100°C) for 6 minutes, flip them, spray with more oil, and cook for another 4 to 6 minutes on the other side.

Remove and enjoy—they’ll disappear fast!
