Consequent upon the pineapple fry rice,I made,I used organic Pineapple,note that cut or peel the pineapple in such a way that done sweet pineapple flesh will stick to the peel.. nutrients in the peel is 2x that if the flesh or main fruit

Peels of med Size pineapple (frozen)
1 tspDiced Ginger
Diced Turmeric 1tsp
Cold Water 2-3Cups

Add all to a power blender or dice peels if using other blenders

Blend for max 2mins till smooth

Strain into a jug,transfer to drinking gkasses
