  • 1/2 cuphorsegram
  • 1 tbspsemolina
  • 1 tbspcurd
  • 3-4red chillies
  • 1/2 cuppumpkin chopped
  • 1/4 th cup sprouts
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 th cup water
  • 1/4 tspsoda

    Soak the samak rice and horsegram in water. Blend with all the other ingredients. Rest it for about 1hr

    Add soda, mix well and make idlis.
