A simple Green Chutney that is made with only Coriander Leaves, Garlic and Green Chillies along with just minimal ingredients. A perfect accompaniment to various Breakfast options and Chaats as well. Works amazing as a delectable spread on your favourite Sandwiches too. Easy to make and store also. However i recommend you to make it in smaller quantities like i did and make it afresh whenever required. It hardly takes much of our time. I make it in large quantities and freeze it in airtight containers. This can be used in Pani Puri water as well. It will stay good for a few Months. It can even be filled up in trays for Ice-cubes and store these cubes in zip lock bags for long use. It's very much handy this way and hassle free snacking is possible on any given day. That's the best part of this flavourful Chutney.

Steps
- 1
Add coriander leaves to the blender along with the rest of the ingredients mentioned. Blend into a smooth paste. Use water if required. Store this in an airtight container in the refrigerator and relish upto 10 days. Though it will never last that longer once you make it. Enjoy!
- 2
Lemon juice is optional. I usually add dry mango powder or amchur that's homemade and pure. That's it. It's so easy and effortlessly done.
- 3
Serve it alongside any south indian breakfast or various chaats for a worthwhile snack at tea-time. Enjoy!
