In a pan heat oil and break the eggs one by one. Sprinkle red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, salt. Fry for two minutes and flip the side fry for 2 minutes. Remove and keep aside. Repeat this process for remaining eggs.

In a same pan add cumin seeds, finely chopped onions. Fry onions till golden brown.

Add crushed green chilli ginger garlic. Sauté them till raw smell goes. Add tomato pulp. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add all the powdered masala and fry till oil releases. Add salt to taste.

Add enough water to the gravy. When gravy starts boiling add the fried eggs and cook for 10 minutes. Add finely chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot with any Indian Bread of your choice or with hot rice.
