Steps

Start by adding rice flour, cream, oil, ginger chilli paste, sesame seeds, red chilli powder and salt as per taste in a bowl. Mix them properly.

Add curd as required to the mixture to form a dough like roti. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

In a frying pan, add required oil and turn on the flame.

With the help of a chakli maker, make small chaklis on a plate. Use the stencil shown below.

Now place these chaklis in the oil and deep fry them.

Strain them properly and transfer them to a container once they cool down. Serve and enjoy ✨
