Roasted peanuts

First of all heat water in a pan and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and boil the water properly.

Turn off the gas, add peanuts to the boiled hot water, cover the pan with a lid and keep covered for seven minutes.

After seven minutes drain all the water in the peanut pan and drain and let it drain for twenty minutes.

Take four to five big spoons of salt in a pan and let it get hot. When it gets hot, add the roasted seeds and keep stirring constantly. Take out the roasted peanuts in a pan and sprinkle salt and let the beans cool down. After cooling, this roasted peanut will be ready.
