Shalgam Pickle is very tasty. It is very spicy & sour pickle in winter.
Steps

Wash shalgam & cut into small peices as like in pic not peel.
Wash & peel carrot & cut into long small peices. Cut green chili & ginger. - 2
Boil turnip & carrot in water for 5 minutes.

Strain water.Spread boiled peices on a cloth. Dry them.

Heat oil in pan.add spices.

Off flame.add green chili ginger.mix it.

Add carrot & shalgam peices.
Mix well. Put in to sun light for 2/3 hours. - 7
Ready turnip pickle.
Serve for anytime in winter.like lunch dinner.
