The dough preparation steps are on my page... Roll out the dough and place it in a baking pan, brushing clarified butter or ghee between each layer. Add the filling, then continue rolling out the remaining dough, layering it over the filling and brushing clarified butter or ghee between each layer.

Cut the baklava into evenly sized diamond shapes (you can use a ruler for precision). Decorate each piece with a peanut, then brush the top with clarified butter or ghee. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) until golden brown.

As soon as you take it out of the oven, pour honey over the baklava and let it rest overnight.

Cut the baklava and place each piece in paper cups.
