Healthy Lemon, Ginger and Apple Juice

The juice is very healthy and can be delicious but not for the faint-hearted - it can be peppery so maybe drink in shots!
In this week's Global Apron Challenge, lemon is one of the ingredients to use. We thought to include the benefit of lemon:
Digestive health
Weight loss
Kidney stone prevention
Cancer treatment
Oral health
Antioxidant properties:
Immune-boosting

Healthy Lemon, Ginger and Apple Juice

Ingredients

30mins (15mins without the washing and cutting)
2 glasses
  1. 2-3thumbs ginger
  2. 1whole lemon (ours are organic so we can juice the whole fruit)
  3. 2celery sticks
  4. 1cucumber
  5. 1 handfulcoriander/parsley
  6. 1large Bramley apple (you could use a sweeter apple for a sweeter juice)
  7. Miracle Berry -optional- you can get some it at the berryyummy website (eat before the juice for a sweeter experience without any sugar)

Cooking Instructions

30mins (15mins without the washing and cutting)
  1. 1

    Wash all your ingredients (not the berry).

  2. 2

    Cut the lemon, cucumber and apple lengthwise.

  3. 3

    Juice all the ingredients (not the berry).

  4. 4

    After juicing, mix it through to incorporate the different ingredients.

  5. 5

    Drink and enjoy.
