This easy recipe takes 2 essential ingredients and about 15-20 mins of your time to prepare a creamy homemade butter that is much better than the store-bought butter.

This easy recipe takes 2 essential ingredients and about 15-20 mins of your time to prepare a creamy homemade butter that is much better than the store-bought butter.

Take out two days malai from the freezer and let it be at room temperature for an hour..

After that,whisk the malai with any kind of whisker. (I used a wooden whisker)
Whisk for 4-5 minutes till milk starts releasing from the Malai. - 3
Add little water and ice cubes and whisk again till makhan appears and it becomes a bit hard form.
Remove with the the hands.
Try to make a ball size and squeeze all the water and milk.
White Butter is ready. - 4
Crush the mishri in coarse form.
Arrange the white Butter in a dish.
Take some makhan from the dish.
Add coarse Mishri on white butter with some golden flakes.
Offer to god.
