One of my favorite childhood snacks—simple and fun to make at home. Add some plum powder for a sweet and tangy flavor that melts in your mouth and brings back childhood memories.

Gather all the ingredients.

Place the crackers on a plate. Wet your hands with cold water, scoop a small amount of maltose syrup, and spread it on a cracker. Sprinkle some plum powder over the maltose.

Top with another cracker to make a sandwich.

[Tip] Maltose syrup is very sticky, so wet your hands with cold water or use a bamboo stick to scoop it.
