Heat oil add cumin seeds, onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry till golden, on high flame then add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, water 1/3 cup, cook till the tomatoes reduce and oil comes on the surface, on high flame.

Now add lamb mince mix well, cook on high flame till the water from the mince dries and oil comes on surface, on high flame now add boiled dal, water 1 cup mix, cover and cook on medium flame till the water dries.

Add garam masala powder, green chilli, fresh coriander mix and cook on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
serve hot with roti,rice,naan,pitta bread.
