Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 1 envelopenoodle soup mix with real chicken broth
  2. 2 1/2 cupswater
  3. 1 can (14 1/2 ounces)whole, peeled tomatoes with juice & chopped
  4. 1 can (4 ounces)chopped green chilies, drained
  5. 1medium onion, chopped
  6. 1 cupdiced cooked chicken
  7. 1/2 teaspooncumin
  8. Tortilla chips
  9. Grated Monterey Jack OR Cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In medium saucepan combine all ingredients except tortilla chips.

  2. 2

    Bring to a boil; simmer, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes.

  3. 3

    Spoon into serving bowls; top with tortilla chips and cheese as desired.
