Ingredients

  • 500 gPasta of your choice i used the bow ties
  • 200 gBacon
  • 4 slicesHam
  • Halfcucumber
  • 1tomato or use cherry tomatoes
  • 1red onion
  • Peppers (Red, Green and Yellow)
  • Herbs
  • 130 gsundried tomato pesto
  • Mayonnaise

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the pasta as per the packet instructions once done transfer to a bowl allow it to cool

    Chop and fry the bacon

    Add the cucumbers, Bacon, Ham, Onion, Tomato and Peppers to the Pasta

    Add Pesto and Mayonnaise and mix well
