Wash and cut the bitter gourd as thin rounds in size,remove the seeds as well. Soak them with salt and little water for 15 mins.

Now in a bowl add besan flour,rice flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, curry powder,salt,lime juice and mix them with your hand.

Now squeeze the bitter gourd from soaking and add them with the flour mixer.

Now heat oil in a pan low to medium flame and fry the marinated bitter gourd till crispy.
