[Vegetarian] Gua Bao
Simple and easy—kids love it!
Steps

Heat oil in a pan. Add shredded carrot and stir-fry briefly. Add shredded cabbage and a pinch of salt, then stir-fry quickly.

Beat the eggs with a little pepper and soy sauce. Heat a little oil in a pan, pour in the eggs to make a thin omelet, then slice into thin strips and set aside.

Shred the king oyster mushrooms. Stir-fry in a pan until golden brown, then add soy sauce and salt to taste.

To assemble, sprinkle powdered sugar on the steamed gua bao buns, then fill with the carrot and cabbage mixture, egg strips, and shredded mushrooms.
