4 slicespork loin
as neededSake,
2eggs
as neededAll-purpose flour,
as neededPanko breadcrumbs,

Steps

Make cuts along the edges of the meat and pierce it thoroughly with a fork.

Pour sake into a tray and soak each side of the meat for 30 minutes.
3

Coat the meat with flour, dip in beaten eggs, and cover with panko breadcrumbs. Fry at 360°F (180°C) for a total of 5 minutes, turning once.
