First mix all the dry ingredients then add oil.

Followed by vinegar milk and coffee decoction.

Mix to a lump free batter with a whisk add warm water slowly if needed. Grease appe pan.

Keep the chocolate ready, pour spoon of the batter in each cavity and place one piece of chocolate on the batter in each cavity.

Now cover with more batter close with a lid and cook on both sides.Serve hot !
