Tomato Soup

Collect all ingredients.

Take a pressure cooker add butter, bay leaf, black pepper, ginger and garlic. Saute it.chopped tomato, onion, carrot, 1/2 tbsp salt and 1/2 Cup Water. Cover and cook for 5-6 whistles on medium flame. Veggies are fully cooked and soft. Mash veggies with a masher.

Add chopped onion, carrot, beetroot. Mix it.

Add tomato, coriander stem and 1/2 tbsp salt and 1/2 Cup Water. Cover and cook for 5-6 whistles on medium flame.

Veggies are fully cooked and soft. Grind veggies with a grinder. Sieve it in a bowl. Mash and sieve veggies with spatula.

Heat a pan on medium flame add 1 tbsp butter and bay leaf. Add sieve soup and mix it well and take a boil. Add 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp tomato ketchup. Mix well add 1/4 tbsp black pepper powder. Add 1 Cup boiling hot water. Let soup boil for 2-3 minutes. Tomato Soup is ready now. Serve hot and enjoy..... 😋😋
