  • 2 bunchesbird's nest fern
  • 2 tablespoonsXO scallop sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic

    Wash the bird's nest fern and cut it into sections. Slice the garlic.

    In a pan, sauté the garlic slices in oil until fragrant. Add 2 tablespoons of XO scallop sauce and stir-fry until the sauce bubbles.

    Add the bird's nest fern, 2 teaspoons mirin, 1/2 tablespoon rice wine, and 1 tablespoon water. Stir-fry on high heat until cooked. Done.
