Steps

Heat 3 tbsp ghee in a wok on a low flame first add cashews and roast till brown transfer to a big flat thali or prat

Second roast pistachios & transfer in the same thali over cashews

Third roast raisins if required ghee then add 1 tbsp more when roasted transfer in the same thali

Fourth roast almonds and transfer over raisins

Now lastly add more ghee and add moong daal powder and roast on a low flame while stirring continuously on a low flame

Daal is properly roasted when aroma comes & daal changes colour

Transfer daal over roasted dry fruits & add sugar
- 8
Mix properly with the help of ladle or spatula transfer in the air tight container or jar after it gets cool and enjoy winter season 😋
