Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 300 mllite coconut milk
  2. 1 cupyogurt
  3. 4 tablespoonscia seed
  4. 2 tablespoonshoney (you can add more if you like more sweet)
  5. 1Mango peeled and cubed
  6. 1manggo you can blended
  7. 3 tablespoonscoco pop for topping 1 tablespoons each glass (the topping you can use any topping you like) will be nice using granola but I don’t have it

Cooking Instructions

    Combine coconut milk, yogurt, cia seed, honey and vanilla extract in large bowl and mix well.

    Cover the bowl and keep it a side couple minutes (3 minute) then stir the mixture and cover the bowl with the plastic wrap.

  3. 3

    Refrigerate 2 -3 hour, prepare the glass or deserts bowl and put blended mango in the first layer.

  4. 4

    Take the cia that already been refrigerated and scoop and put on the top blended mango as second layer the third layer you can add topping you like (granola or anything)

  5. 5

    It's perfect for breakfast, snacks or as a dessert, enjoy 😊
