The powdered spices are necessary to create an emulsion so that the dressing doesn't separate. If you keep the 3:1 oil:vinegar ratio you can play with the other ingredients. Serve on salad or grilled vegetables.

Ingredients

1 quart
  1. 3 cupsavocado oil
  2. 1 cupbalsamic vinegar
  3. 1.5 tspgarlic powder
  4. 1.5 tsponion powder
  5. 3shakes Tabasco sauce
  6. 3/4 tspsalt
  7. 2 TbspBalsamic vinegar
  8. 2 Tbspprepared mustard

Cooking Instructions

    Grind garlic and onion powder with mortar and pestle

  2. 2

    Mix oil and vinegar with other ingredients

  3. 3

    Whisk everything together
