Take kadai and keep on medium flame then add oil and add chopped onion in it when onian become transparent add add turmeric powder and then add grated beetroot and potato in it

Now simultaneously add red chilli powder garam masala salt in it and mix it well now and little bit water and keep plate. After 4-5 minutes open the plate and again mix it well. Then switch off the flame and make it cool. After cooling transfer in plate and then add sesame seeds coriander and wheat flour then us had salt as per test and make a dough

While preparing paratha make same portion peda and prepare paratha keep tawa on medium flame and cook paratha from both sides.spread ghee or oil from both sides. Serve paratha with curd or pickle.
