Stuffed Pizza Paratha

I made healthy stuffed pizza paratha a different way For that roll single large thick chapathi and the stuffing is topped only half of it. the remaining half is then folded to seal it properly. later it is fried on normal pan by applying butter generously on top of it. On the other way you can roll two separate rotis. and stuff the topping in it on one of the roti. later it can be covered by the second roti and followed by sealing it properly. Then fry it.

Firstly take wheat flour in a pan, add oil and salt, mix it well and add water knead soft dough. Cover a lid and put it 10 minutes for rest.

Chop vegetables and remove seeds from tomatoes and chop it. Take it in a big bowl.

Add chili flakes, oregano and salt.

Now add cheese and mix well. Now add pizza sauce and mix well again.

Now Divide the dough into 8 - 9 equal portions.
Roll out each portion into a thin circle and spread catch up and put stuffing. - 6
Now cover it and rub in wheat flour and roll paratha. Heat a tawa and spread ghee on it. Place paratha on tawa and fry on medium heat. Fry on both sides applying ghee or oil.

Roast all similarly until nice and crispy. Then cut it. Serve yummy 😋 hot pizza paratha with catch up.
