Firstly,Wash and tap the excess water from broccoli. You can either grate or run it in a food processor. I used my mixie.

Now in a mixing plate, add broccoli, grated paneer and cheese.

Add the spices mentioned above with salt, ginger garlic paste and oil.

Now add wheat flour and coriander leaves. Mein mix well and make a smooth dough. Add water only if needed.

Make medium sized balls from the dough.

Take a roller pin and roll out all the parathas.

Heat tawa until hot, apply ghee on both sides and cook the rolled out paratha on medium flame.

Finally, serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
