Cut the goobi and potato wash it and put it in water with salt.

Slices onion and add 1/2 oil and soften the the onion. Take it out of oil.
Take zeera, onion and garlic and grind it. Put it back to pot and add dhania, red chilli, tomato, haldi and salt. And do the bhunai in low heat.

Now add Gobi, potato and peas and do the bhunai in medium flame.
Once water is dried out, add more water such that cauliflower is french in it so it can cook.
Let it cook. You can check cauliflower stick if it's soften. Adjust the gravy.
Taste salt and spice.Add 1/2 tsp gram masala, hara dhania and lemon if required.
You can also add chart masala.
