Ingredients: Large Handfull of Cherry Tomatoes - Or your favourite; 1 Sml Bunch Mint; 1 Large Bunch Sweet Basil; 1 Large Bunch Cariander; 1/2 Red Onion - Diced; 3 Tbsp Olive Oil; 1 Tbsp Balisamic Vinegar; 1/2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice; 1/4 Tsp Salt and Black Pepper - or to taste !

OK I am REALLY lucky we have a small garden but a great herb garden that is undercover and great all year round. This is an amazing Salad and you can buy everything in the store and put together. TRY growing your own even if you only have a window box its worth it. AND the Kids love these flavours as SOOOOO FRESH !!! - Enjoy.

Large Handfull of Cherry Tomatoes - Or your favourite
1Sml Bunch Mint
1Large Bunch Sweet Basil
1Large Bunch Cariander
1/2Red Onion - Diced
3 TbspOlive Oil
1 TbspBalisamic Vinegar
1/2 TbspFresh Lemon Juice
1/4 TspSalt and Black Pepper - or to taste !

Chop Tomatoes and Onions. Wash Herbs and Shake Dry Then also chop. Put Everything into a large Bowl.

Add all the Dressing items and toss together - I use my hands. Put into a nice bowl and put into Fridge for 30 mins or until ready to serve. FRESH and AMAZING - ENjoy :P

Well I started with Cookpad during Covid....... Guess alot of us did, Amazing Site great to share with passitionate people. I have no formal training but have eaten in some of the best fine dinning restraunts in the world and also learnt from My mum and Grandma with "a pinch of" and "about a handfull" - if we share we love.
