Ingredients

  4. 1 1/4 cupssugar (about 250 grams)
  5. Some mixed nuts

    Peel and finely chop the carrots. In a pressure cooker, add 2 tablespoons of ghee and fry the carrots. Then add 1/2 cup of milk.

    Mix well after adding the milk, then add the sugar and mix again. Close the pressure cooker.

    After 3-4 whistles, turn off the heat. Mash the carrot mixture and transfer it to a pan. Place it on the stove and add the remaining milk. Cook until the milk evaporates.

    Once the milk has evaporated, add the chopped mixed nuts on top and mix well. Now the Gajar ka Halwa is ready.
