Various types of falahari dishes are made to be eaten during fasting. Today I have made falahari Idli. This dish is very easy to make and can be easily made from ingredients that are easily available at home. This idli can be served with falahari green chutney.

Various types of falahari dishes are made to be eaten during fasting. Today I have made falahari Idli. This dish is very easy to make and can be easily made from ingredients that are easily available at home. This idli can be served with falahari green chutney.
Steps

First, finely grind the samo and sabudana in a mixer jar and mix both.

Take this mixture in a large bowl and add turmeric powder, salt to taste and ginger-chili paste. Then add curd and mix well to prepare the batter for idlli.

Bring water to a boil in the idli maker, apply oil to the idli stand, add fruit salt to the prepared batter and add it to the idli mold.

Place this stand in the idli maker and let it boil for 15 to 20 minutes.

So our Falahari idli for the fast will be ready to serve.

This idli can be served with falahari green chutney.
