2-3 servings
  • 5-6boiled potatoes
  • 2-3 tablespoonmalai
  • 5-6saffron strands
  • 1 bowlSoaked kaju, kishmish, almonds
  • 1 teaspoonelaichi powder
  • 1sweet potato
  • 2-3 tablespoonSugar or as per taste

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Grate the potatoes and sweet potato, take kadai put malai add grated potatoes

    Roast till it's colour changes or leaves ghee

    Add dryfruits, saffron, elaichi powder and sugar

    Mix well

    Garnish with pistachio
