Slice onion and Deep fry it. Keep aside.

In a bowl, add curd, jeera, besan and salt. Whisk well.

Add chopped coriander and mix well. Grease the pan with butter.

Dip 1 bread slice and roast on butter pan. Roast both sides until golden brown in colour.

After toasted, place it on serving dish and sprinkle piri-piri masala. Also garnish with deep fried onion and Coriander. Your dahi toast is ready.
