Ingredients

40 minutes
  • 2 packstofu
  • Halfpack minced pork
  • 5garlic, minced
  • 1 tbspcooking oil
  • Dashground black pepper
  • 1 tspsoy sauce
  • Halftsp dark soy sauce
  • 1little water

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil water in a steamer.Steam tofu for five mins then set aside.

  2. 2

    In a pre-heated pan pour oil. Sautee garlic until aromatic, then pour to meat. Stir-fry until colour changes, then add in the seasoning.

  3. 3

    Add a little water, then simmer until done. Pour on top of tofu.
