Add 2 Tbsp Oil In A Kadhai Along With 1 Tsp Cumin.

Now Add Onions, Tomatoes, Ginger, Garlic Cloves & 4-5 Chopped Green Chillies.

Now Add Salt & Kashmiri Chilli Powder Into It.

Mix Them All Together.

Add Some Water & Cook It For 8-10 Minutes With A Lid On It.

Let The Mixture Cool Down & Then Grind It Into A Fine Puree.

Heat Mustard Oil In A Kadhai & Then Cumin Into It.

Now Add The Prepared Puree & Cook It For 8-10 Minutes On Medium Flame.

Cut Paneer Into Medium Size Cubes & Make A Slit Into It.

Mash The Trimmed Parts Of Paneer & Add Chopped Green Chillies, Chopped Coriander, Chopped Almonds & Cashews, Raisins & Salt Into It.

Mix Them All Together.

Fill The Prepared Mixture Into Slited Paneer.

Now Add Cashew Paste Into The Gravy & Cook It For 4-5 Minutes On Medium Flame.

Then Add Coriander Powder & Garam Masala Into It.

Mix Them All Together & Cook It For 2-3 Minutes On Medium Flame.

Add Fresh Cream & Kasuri Methi Into It. Mix Them Well

Now Add Chopped Coriander & Water Into It. Mix Them Well & Cook For 3-4 Minutes On Medium Flame.

Add Some Oil Or Ghee In A Pan & Shallow Fry Paneer Pieces From Both Side On Medium Flame.
