Collect all the given ingredients, keep them aside.

Keep a fry pan on medium heat, add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal,chana dal, cashew nuts, green chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves, saute for two minutes. Now in a big bowl, add the rava and seasonings, curd, and salt, mix well.

Add eno salt, buttermilk, give a nice mix. Rava idly batter is ready.

Keep a idly vessel on medium heat,pour a cup of water.Take a idly mould,apply oil, pour the idly batter in to each mould. Cook for ten minutes.Rava idly is ready now. Remove from vessel,take out the idly, transfer to a serving plate
