Steps

Cook the dal without salt upto 4 whistels. Now add mango, dal and khoya in blender and blend well

Now in a pan heat ghee, add the mixture and cook till the mixture leaves the pan, add elaichi powder and make balls.

Put the balls in between and roll to make thick paratha like. Add ghee on top and cook till golden on both sides.

Serve hot
