Ingredients

4 servings
  • 5eggs
  • 1 cupall purpose flour
  • 500 gsausage
  • oil for frying
  • 2 cupsbreadcrumbs

  1. 1

    Boil the eggs, let them cool and then unshell them

  2. 2

    Unwrap the outer cover of the sausage and roll it with some help dough formed from all purpose flour.

  3. 3

    Then roll the boiled eggs in the rolled sausages then sprinkle dome breadcrumbs, then deep fry them.

  4. 4

    Turn gently using a slotted spoon to cook and color evenly

  5. 5

    Cut them into halves and serve
