Ingredients: 2 tomatillos, husk removed and roughly chopped; 1 avocado, pit removed and scooped out; 1 jalapeno, seeds removed and roughly chopped (optional); 2 cloves peeled garlic (or 1 large clove); 1/3 cup packed cilantro; 1/2 cup mayonnaise; 1/2 cup sour cream; 1/4 cup milk + more as needed; 2 tbsp. lime juice; 1 tsp. vinegar (I use apple cider vinegar); 2 tsp. dried parsley; 1 tsp. dried chives; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/2 tsp. pepper; 1/2 tsp. dried dill; 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika

Ingredients

2tomatillos, husk removed and roughly chopped
1avocado, pit removed and scooped out

1/3 cuppacked cilantro
1/2 cupmayonnaise
1/2 cupsour cream
1/4 cupmilk + more as needed
2 tbsp.lime juice
1 tsp.vinegar (I use apple cider vinegar)
2 tsp.dried parsley
1 tsp.dried chives
1/2 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp.pepper
1/2 tsp.dried dill
1/2 tsp.smoked paprika

Steps

Combine everything except for the milk in the blender or food processor and blend/pulse until everything is well combined. Scrape down the sides as needed. Then while it's running, pour in the milk. If you'd like to thin it out a bit more, then add more milk in about 1 tbsp or so at a time until your desired consistency is reached. Taste once done and add anything additional you think it might need.

Let this chill in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.

Store any leftovers in the fridge. This will last about a week.
